EXPERIENCE
Founder and Director Jacqueline, has over 25 years' experience as a Registered Nurse. Working as a senior nurse and manager in hospitals, aged care, the Australian Defence Force and community sectors.
As an Aged Care Consultant, she is competent to provide up to date information, guidance and insight into the complexities governing the aged care sector which may influence finding the right home for you.
CONSULTING
Clinical Care Solutions can meet you and your loved ones where you feel most comfortable, in your home, hospital, or at a cafe. Consultation times vary, this allows for Clinical Care Solutions to tailor the right consultancy package for you.
Packages
Packages are tailored to your needs. Please call or email to discuss options available.
​Packages:
1) $1500 for initial consultation and support, up to 4 weeks’ duration.
2) $2500 for initial consultation and support, up to 8 weeks’ duration.
3) $3500 for initial consultation and support, up to 12 weeks’ duration. This package also includes 2 months’ ongoing support once the aged care home placement process is complete.
4) Fee negotiable for Advocacy - Jacqueline is available to visit your loved one at home, in hospital or an aged care home, while you may be on holidays or unable to see them for a period of time.
Non package fee: $200/hour
